Welcome, the following appointments are to be booked for Psychosocial Counselling related to reproductive counselling ( fertility, surrogacy, egg donors, Intended Parents) . 

Please select your means of contact based on your location. 

All clients in North American please select 'Telephone' and provide the best number to be contacted for your appointment. 

Outside of North America:  Please select 'Video'  and you will be provided with a secure ZOOM link in your booking confirmation email. 

For first time consultations: you will receive an email with the intake paperwork and consent following your booking. 

Please Note: If you are a couple booking:  One person is the primary client and then when booking your time please ensure you add in the contact email for the second person on the 'Add more people to this appointment?' pop up ( after you hit next). 

Please Note: You are booking in your time zone . We are located in MDT/MST (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) and the booking system completes time zone conversion. 

After you book your appointment:  You will receive an email with the intake paperwork. The link expires after 21 days so please complete your forms in a timely manner.  Failure to complete the forms prior to your appointment time will result in a 50$ admin fee

Cancellation: Any cancellations outside of 36 hours will result in a 50$ admin fee that will be issued to you.
